Description of Assignment: You must prepare a report of 3000-3500 words containing an analysis of a specific activity, operation, policy, or practice revealed or experienced during the internship, along with an analysis and explanation of why it is especially effective OR why it is not effective and suggestions for capitalizing on that strength or improving upon that deficiency.  In doing this, you must combine theoretical and practical knowledge — remember, what you are doing here is clearly and directly applying concepts and theories that you have learned during your studies at Hult, along with germane information from your own research (using academic reference sources) as appropriate, to facilitate a detailed analysis and to support your recommendations.

This work product could be based on a report/research project about the problem/opportunity that you wrote during the internship. Alternatively, you can analyze the focal activity, operation, policy, or practice(s) on your own.  If you have any difficulty identifying the topic for the report, contact your professor WELL BEFORE the end of the internship.

Grading Criteria (What constitutes a good assignment?):

Analysis of Practice should contain the following:

– Clear evidence of both practical knowledge and concepts and theories from the BBA program being applied;

– Critical analysis of the specific topic/issue.

– Well-supported recommendations.
