Im trying to persuade people to stay off their phones and i need to talk for at-least 7 min.  i already have some sources and stuff if yall need it
1) Less screen time can also give kids more time to go outside and get some exercise or read a book. Recently, studies have shown that cutting down screen time can also have a positive effect on kids’ physical, social, and behavioral well-being, and it can even improve their academic performance.

3) Hours of inactivity interferes with physical and developmental progress. Exercise is needed to help children’s brains and bodies develop. Encourage physical play like jumping on the trampoline, riding bikes, building huts, sports and climbing trees.
